Cascading Impact: Youth Empowerment

Armed with knowledge and guided by a shared purpose, Youth Champions are now taking the lead, conducting awareness sessions and workshops in their communities. Their efforts are unlocking discussions that were previously brushed aside, creating a wave of awareness, and understanding. Each session, each conversation, and each champion contributes to the transformation of attitudes, perspectives, and ultimately, the well-being of entire communities.

Aahung’s dedication to nurturing informed conversations around SRHR in the form of innovative capacity building sessions tailored for youth champions in three districts of Sindh and Punjab (Matiari, Jamshoro and Sheikhupura) is taking place. The capacity building sessions stand as a testament to the potential within every individual to drive change. With informed youth leading the way, we’re on a collective journey towards healthier conversations, empowered decisions, and a future where SRHR is truly a right, understood by all and denied to none.

These capacity building sessions have taken place in under the ambit of Youth Empowerment on SRHR in Sindh and Punjab funded by Norad – Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation.
